Weightlifting Development Classes

  • 1 month focused programming, alternating months between Snatch and Clean & Jerk

  • Technical progression leading to in-house weightlifting meet this Summer

  • 1-2 Classes per Weekend

  • Included in CrossFit Unlimited Membership and Punch Cards!!

Weightlifting Personal/Group Training

  • Personalized programming and training for you or your group

  • Single set price for 1-6 people. Allows you to share cost with friends if you don't mind sharing training time

  • Flexible times to work around you/your group's schedule

  • Includes:

    • (4) 90-min in person training sessions​

    • Personalized accessory work with optional video review between training sessions
